Terms of Service for ListerPros
Order Submission
By placing an order, you confirm that the property will be photo-ready at the scheduled time. A $50 fee will apply if we must revisit the property due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Unfinished construction
- Lack of access (e.g., no key in the lockbox)
Same-day cancellations may also incur a $50 fee. Property size is subject to verification upon arrival.
Usage Rights
All photos and videos produced by ListerPros are copyrighted. Upon full payment, you are granted usage rights to market the specific property for which they were purchased. Please note:
- Media must be credited as 'Photo(s) by ListerPros' if used in print or online publications.
- Media may not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties without purchasing additional usage rights.
- Unless otherwise agreed, ListerPros reserves the right to use the media for marketing purposes.
Reshoots
- No Charge Reshoots: If circumstances beyond your control require a reshoot, we won’t charge an additional fee.
- Error on Our Part: Reshoots requested due to an error by ListerPros will be provided at no extra charge if requested within two weeks of the original shoot.
- Other Reshoots: Reshoots requested after two weeks or for reasons outside of our control may incur additional fees.
Cancellations
A $50 fee will apply for cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. the day before are considered within this timeframe. If rescheduling is due to weather conditions, this fee will be waived.
Payment
Payment is due during the ordering process. The following conditions apply:
- Late payments (beyond 90 days) will incur a 25% fee.
- Unpaid invoices may be sent to collections.
- ListerPros reserves the right to correct pricing errors and deny coupon usage.

ListerPros provides services across the United States. Additional travel charges may apply for certain locations. Contact us to confirm availability in your area.
Matterport® 3D Floorplans
Matterport® 3D floorplans are available until the property listing is closed or for 6 months, whichever comes first. For technical issues, please contact Matterport® directly.
Mutual Respect and Right to Refuse Service
At ListerPros, we deeply value the relationships we build with our clients and recognize that you have many options for media services. Similarly, we reserve the right to determine which relationships align with our values and standards.
To foster a positive experience, we expect mutual respect and professionalism in all interactions. By working with ListerPros, you agree to uphold these principles.
Grounds for Refusing or Discontinuing Services
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:
- Communication, behavior, or expectations make the relationship unsuitable.
- There is a pattern of disrespect, harassment, or unreasonable demands toward our team.
- Conflicts arise that prevent a productive working relationship.
If we determine we are not the right fit for your needs, we will communicate our decision and may recommend alternative providers who better align with your expectations.
Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and secure your information. You may request to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. ListerPros does not share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your request.

We use industry-standard encryption and access restrictions to protect your sensitive information, ensuring it remains secure both online and offline.

Right to Terminate Engagement
Our mission is to deliver exceptional service and maintain positive, professional relationships with all of our clients. However, if we determine that continuing our services is not in the best interest of either party, we will notify you in writing (including via email) of our decision to terminate the engagement.
