Your photos will be delivered within 5 hours of shoot completion. If we miss it, you get a $25 credit toward your next order.
Note: The 5-hour clock starts at the end time of your scheduled shoot.
Credits apply to future orders only. This guarantee applies to standard photography (not luxury photos, video, or virtual staging).
Not happy with your photos? Contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right - whether that's re-editing or scheduling a re-shoot.

What to know when placing an order.
By placing an order, you confirm that the property will be photo-ready at the scheduled time. Property size is subject to verification upon arrival.

If circumstances beyond your control require a reshoot, we won't charge an additional fee.
Reshoots due to an error on our part are free if requested within two weeks of the original shoot.
Reshoots requested after two weeks or for other reasons may incur additional fees.

Media must be credited as "Photo(s) by ListerPros" if used in print or online publications.
If weather conditions are unsafe for flying, we'll reschedule at no extra cost. Our photographers make the final call on safety.
Rain or shine - interior shoots happen regardless of weather. We'll be there!

Our photographers are not responsible for staging or extensive property preparation. Additional charges may apply if significant prep time is required on-site.
3D tours remain active until the listing closes or for 6 months, whichever comes first. For technical support, contact Matterport directly.
Virtual staging typically takes 2-3 business days. We'll deliver high-quality staged images that look natural and help your listing stand out.
Professional schematic floor plans with room-by-room square footage are delivered within 2 business days.
Our premium tier uses top-notch equipment and advanced techniques. Recommended for high-end properties where the photos should match the listing's prestige.
