When will I receive my photos?
Your photos will be delivered within 5 hours of shoot completion - guaranteed. This is included with every photo package at no extra charge. If we miss the window, you'll receive a $25 credit on your account.
How should I prepare for the photo session?
For the best results:
- Turn on all lights (interior and exterior)
- Open blinds and curtains
- Remove cars from driveway
- Make all beds
- Clear countertops and tables
- Put away personal items and clutter
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
What's included in the 5-hour delivery guarantee?
All standard photography services are included in the 5-hour guarantee. This does not include luxury photos, video services, or virtual staging - those have separate turnaround times.
What is Luxury Photography?
Luxury Photography is our premium tier - the highest quality photos using top-notch equipment, advanced shooting techniques, and expert editing. We recommend it for high-end properties where you want the photos to match the listing's prestige.
Drone & Aerial
What are aerial photos?
Aerial photos are captured using a drone to showcase the property from above - perfect for showing the entire lot, neighborhood context, nearby amenities, and scenic surroundings. Great for properties with large yards, pools, or nice views.
Are your drone pilots certified?
Yes - every photographer who shoots aerial photos or videos is an FAA-certified drone pilot. We're fully licensed and insured for commercial drone operations.
What about aerial video?
Aerial video uses the same drone technology but delivers smooth, cinematic footage instead of still photos. You'll receive a branded, MLS-ready video that showcases the property and surroundings from the sky.
3D Tours & Floor Plans
What is a Zillow 3D tour?
A cost-effective virtual tour that lets buyers "walk through" the home online. It provides an immersive experience and is uploaded directly to Zillow for maximum exposure.
When will I receive my 3D tour?
Your 3D tour will be processed and uploaded directly to Zillow. You'll receive a link as soon as it's live - typically within 24-48 hours.
What's included in a floor plan?
You'll receive a professional schematic floor plan showing the property layout with square footage for each room. Floor plans are delivered within 2 business days.
Virtual Staging
What is virtual staging?
We digitally add furniture and decor to photos of empty rooms. It helps buyers visualize the space and makes vacant properties much more appealing online.
How long does virtual staging take?
Virtual staging typically takes 2-3 business days. We'll deliver high-quality staged images that look natural and help your listing stand out.
