Terms of Service for ListerPros

Order Submission When you place an order, you confirm that the property will be photo-ready at the scheduled time. Please note, a $50 fee will apply if we have to revisit the property due to circumstances beyond our control, such as unfinished construction or no key in the lockbox. Same-day cancellations may also incur a $50 fee. The property size is subject to verification.

Usage Rights All photos and videos by ListerPros are copyrighted. Once you've paid in full, you can use them to market the specific property you purchased them for. If used in print or online magazines, you must credit us as "Photo(s) by ListerPros". The photos or videos can't be sold or shared with third parties without purchasing additional usage rights. Unless otherwise agreed, ListerPros can use the media for marketing.

Reshoots If circumstances beyond your control require a reshoot, we won't charge an additional fee. If the reshoot is due to an error on our part and is requested within two weeks of the original shoot, there's no extra charge. After two weeks or if the reshoot is due to reasons not our fault, fees may apply.

Cancellations A $50 fee will apply for cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment. Cancellations after 5pm the day before are considered within this window. If weather conditions require rescheduling, this fee will be waived.

Payment Payment is due during the ordering process, and late payments (after 90 days) incur a 25% fee. Unpaid invoices may be sent to collections.  We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and deny coupon usage.

Service Area We serve locations across the United States, with possible travel charges for certain locations. Please contact us if you're unsure about your area.

Matterport® 3D Floorplans Our Matterport® 3D floorplans are available until the listing is closed or for 6 months, whichever comes first. For any technical issues, please contact Matterport® directly.

Privacy Policy Our privacy policy outlines the information we collect, how we use it, and how it's secured. You can always request to see, correct, or delete any data we have about you. We don't share your information with third parties, unless necessary to fulfill your request.

Security We protect your information both online and offline, with encryption for sensitive data and restricted access to personal information.

Policy Changes Any significant policy changes will be updated on our website.
