When will I get my photos?
Our standard turnaround time for professional photos is the next business day morning, however you can add-on our five-hour photo delivery for additional $25.
Is there a rescheduling fee if there's rain/weather issue at the time of my shoot?
There is no rescheduling fee when it comes to inclement weather
Is there a rescheduling fee if I need to reschedule?
There is a $50 same day cancellation fee.
How do I recieve my photos? Do you email them to me?
Once your photos are completed you will be sent a link to download your photos via email.
I want to talk to the photographer. How do I go about that?
Any information you would like to add we can add on to your order and relay it to the photographer. We can also have the photographer give you a call when inroute.
How do I pay you?
We will collect payment when you place your order.
How do I set up a photo shoot?
You can register as well as schedule your shoot at media.listerpros.com/portal
How much does a shoot cost?
Our prices vary depending on the service(s) that you would like. Our standard professional photos start at $119 plus tax and increase depending on square footage
Do you install sign posts?
We specialize exclusively in the media aspects of real estate and, therefore, do not provide services related to post-installation or post-removal.

What are professional photos?
These are high-quality photos shot in HDR to ensure the best possible images.
When will I receive my photos?
Our standard turnaround time for professional photos is the next business day morning, however you can add-on our 5 hour delivery for an additonal $25.
How many photos will I receive?
We don't set a limit on the number of photos. Our photographers will capture all the necessary shots to showcase your listing. Please feel free to request specific shots or highlight certain features of your listing.

Yes, we do. The turnaround time for virtual staging is typically 2-3 business days.
Do you have any available coupon codes?

What if I need to reschedule my session?
You can reschedule by contacting us via call, email, or directly on our website. To reschedule online, log into your account and update your order. There's no fee if you cancel a day in advance. Same-day cancellations incur a $50 fee. We understand that changes happen and are flexible to accommodate them.

What are aerial photos?
Aerial photos are captured using a drone to showcase the entire lot, scenic sights, and surrounding areas from the sky.
When will I receive my photos?
You will receive your aerial photos the next business day morning.
Are your photographers certified to fly a drone?
Yes, each photographer that shoots aerial photos or videos is an FAA-certified drone pilot.

What is an aerial video?
Similar to our aerial photography, we use a drone to capture the entire lot, scenic sights, and surrounding areas. Instead of photos, you will receive a branded and MLS video.
When will I receive my aerial video?
You will receive your aerial video within 2 business days.
Are your photographers certified to fly a drone?
Yes, each photographer that shoots aerial photos or videos is an FAA-certified drone pilot.
Walkthrough video
What is a walkthrough video?
A walkthrough video takes viewers on a video tour of the home.
When will I receive my walkthrough video?
Your walkthrough video will be delivered within 2 business days.
Can I choose the music that is added to my video?
If you have a preference for music, let us know and we will connect you with our video editing team.
What is an agent voice-over?
Our agent voice-over helps you add a personal touch to your walkthrough video or slideshow. It's a great way to introduce and describe your listings.
Slideshow Video
What is a slideshow video?
You will receive a slideshow video of your listing photos that includes background music to engage potential buyers.
When will I receive my slideshow video?
Your slideshow video will be delivered within two business days.
Highlight Reels
What is a highlight reel?
A highlight reel is shot vertically and is around 60 seconds long. These videos are excellent for social media platforms.
When will I receive my highlight reel?
You will receive your highlight reel within two business days.
Twilight Photos
What are twilight photos?
Our twilight photos capture beautiful sunsets and twilight skies. Our twilight shoots will start about 15 minutes after sunset begins.
When will I receive my twilight photos?
You will receive your twilight photos within one business day.
Virtual Twilights
What are virtual twilights?
We can take any daytime photo and digitally alter it to look as though it was taken at sunset.
When will I receive my virtual twilights?
Once we receive the selected photo numbers for your virtual twilights, we will provide the edited images within one business day.
Virtual Staging
What are virtually staged photos?
We can bring any room to life by adding in virtual furniture and decor. We can also replace existing furniture to better fit the style of the home.
Which rooms should I virtually stage?
We recommend staging the living room, dining room, and master bedroom, but we can virtually stage any rooms you like.
When will I receive my virtually staged photos?
Once we receive the selected photo numbers for your virtually staged photos, we will provide the edited images within one business day.

What is a Ricoh tour?
A Ricoh tour provides immersive 360-degree views, making users feel as if they're present in the home.
When will I receive my Ricoh tour?

Zillow 3D Tour
What is a Zillow 3D tour?
Our Zillow 3D tour is a cost-effective 3D tour of the home.
When will I receive my 3D tour?
Your 3D tour will be uploaded directly to Zillow.
Matterport Tour
What is a Matterport tour?
Our Matterport tours allows you to take a complete virtual tour of the home with the click of a mouse.

Floor plans
What is a floor plan?
Our floor plan is an add-on to our Matterport tours. You will receive a schematic floor plan that shows the square footage of each room and property layout.
When will I receive my floor plan?

5-Hour Delivery
What is 5-hour delivery?
If you need your photos quickly, we guarantee you will receive your photos within 5 hours of your shoot being completed.
Will I receive everything I ordered in 5 hours?
You will receive all of the photography services you ordered within 5 hours. The 5-hour delivery does not include luxury photos or video services.
Luxury Photography
What is Luxury Photography?
Our Luxury Photography is of the highest quality photos, taken and edited using top-notch equipment, shooting method, and editing techniques. They are designed to showcase properties in the most appealing manner possible. We recommend purchasing luxury photos for high-end and luxury properties.

HD Photos
What are HD photos?
HD photos are an add-on to our professional photos. These photos are high resolution and perfect for all of your printing needs.

You will receive your HD photos the next business day morning.
Community Photos
What are community photos?
If your listing is part of a community full of amenities, then community photos are the option for you! Our community photos help showcase the amenities near the home and help buyers envision life in the community.
When will I receive the community photos?
You will receive the community photos the next business day morning. If we are unable to shoot a community due to its rules, we will inform you and remove the charge from your order.
Digital Declutter
What is digital declutter?
Don't have time to declutter a room or move a heavy piece of furniture? We can virtually remove unwanted items or clutter from any room!
When will I receive my digitally decluttered photos?
Once we receive the selected photo numbers for your digitally decluttered photos, we will provide the edited images within one business day.
