By placing an order with ListerPros, you confirm that the property will be ready for photography and videography at the scheduled time and date of service. You also acknowledge and accept that a $50 service fee will be charged if we have to return to a property due to circumstances beyond our control, such as construction, unavailability of the property, or lack of access. Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service may incur a $25 cancellation fee. It is important to note that the property's square footage will be verified.
All photography and videography taken by ListerPros and its affiliates are owned and copyrighted by ListerPros. The rights to use the Photos/Media are conveyed once the invoice is paid in full to ListerPros. The purchasing client is permitted to use the Photos/Media for the purpose of marketing and selling the subject property only. The Photos/Media may be used in print materials such as marketing brochures and postcards. If the Photos/Media are used in publications such as magazines (print or online), they must be accompanied by the credit: "Photo(s) by ListerPros". The Photos/Media may never be distributed or sold to any third parties for any purpose. Usage rights must be purchased for every third-party use. ListerPros reserves the right to use the Photos/Media for marketing purposes at any time, unless a prior written agreement has been made.
ListerPros will not charge any additional fees for reshoots required due to circumstances beyond the client's control, including acts of God, nature, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, or the fault of a third party. If a reshoot/revisit is necessary due to ListerPros' fault, no additional fee will be charged if the request is made within 2 weeks of the original service. After 2 weeks, the client may be subject to reshoot/revisit fees. The client will be charged a fee for any reshoot requested due to the client's fault.
The client is responsible for paying a $25 fee for all orders cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. All cancellations after close of business (5pm Monday through Friday) for appointments scheduled the following day are considered within the 24-hour cancellation policy and are subject to a $25 fee. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client will be charged a $50 fee if the assignment is postponed after ListerPros has departed for the location. Exceptions may be made for weather conditions. ListerPros will shoot in most weather conditions, but the agent has the option to reschedule and will not be subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee.
ListerPros will invoice clients upon completion of work. Clients are responsible for paying the invoice in full upon receipt. Pricing corrections may be made to reflect the actual service ordered and proper use of coupon codes. If payment is not received within 90 days of the invoice date, a late fee of 25% of the invoice total will be applied. If the invoice remains unpaid, ListerPros will engage third-party collections services. For returning clients, ListerPros may charge the entire invoice amount to the previously used payment method on file upon completion of services. Clients have the ability to update their payment method at any time by contacting ListerPros. We reserve the right to attempt collection multiple times and may attempt alternate payment methods if the primary method is unsuccessful.
ListerPros provides services to the Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas metropolitan areas. Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside these areas. Please contact ListerPros for clarification on service availability.
Matterport® 3D Floorplans
Our Matterport® 3D floorplans are created using Matterport® products by trained technicians. Any technical issues or questions should be directed to Matterport®. The 3D floorplans will be available until the listing is removed from the market or for a period of 6 months, whichever comes first.
