Terms and Conditions
By submitting an order, you declare that the home is ready for photos to be taken at the requested or scheduled time and date of service. You also accept and understand that we charge a $25 service fee when we return to a property in which it was not our fault. This includes, but is not limited to: construction, occupant not ready, no key in lockbox, etc. Any same day cancellation can be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
All photography and videography taken by ListerPros and any affiliates are owned & copywritten by ListerPros. Rights to use Photos/Media convey once invoice is paid in full to ListerPros. Photos/Media may be used by the purchasing client to market & sell the subject property only. Photos/Media may be used in print such as marketing brochures & post cards. Photos used in publications such as magazines (print/online) MUST be accompanied with the following photo credit: “Photo(s) by ListerPros” Photos/Media may never be distributed or sold to any third parties for use in any way. Usage rights must be purchased for every third party use. ListerPros may use photos/media for marketing purposes at any time unless prior written agreement has been made.
Client will be charged a $25 or $50 fee for any partial reshoot required by Client. This is limited to exterior only, single room shots, etc. Full shoots (interior and exterior) will be charged as a normal service. For any reshoot required because of any reason outside the control of Client, specifically including but not limited to acts of God, nature, war, terrorism, civil disturbance or the fault of a third party, ListerPros will charge no additional fee, and Client will pay all expenses.
Client is responsible for payment of $25 for all orders cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. All cancellations after close of business (5pm Monday through Friday) for appointments scheduled the following day are considered within the 24 hours cancellation policy and subject to a $25 fee. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Client will be charged a $25 fee if postponement of the assignment occurs after ListerPros has departed for location. Exceptions are made for weather conditions. ListerPros will shoot in most situations rain or shine, agent will have the option to reschedule due to weather conditions and not be subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee.
ListerPros will invoice clients anytime after completion of work. Client accepts that ListerPros may make pricing corrections to the invoice amount to reflect actual listing square footage and correct use of coupon codes. Client accepts that payment of entire invoice is due upon receipt. If payment is not received within 90 days of the date invoiced, client is subject to a late fee of 25% of the invoice total. If the invoice remains unpaid to ListerPros, Client will be administered to third party collections services. For returning clients, ListerPros will charge the entire amount invoiced to the previously used payment method stored on file anytime after completion of services. Client agrees to ListerPros charging the stored payment method on file upon submitting order. Payment method can be updated anytime by contacting ListerPros.
ListerPros services the entire Phoenix metro area and the Tucson metro area. ListerPros reserves the right to add travel charges for locations outside of the Phoenix and Tucson metro areas. If unsure, please contact ListerPros.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
